Ticket Terms
Version 2 · in force since 2026-09-18
- About These Ticket Terms
These Ticket Terms (the "Ticket Terms") govern buying, holding and using a ticket sold through WrestleLink. WrestleLink is operated by Rocket Small Business Services, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("Rocket," "we," "us," or "our").
The Ticket Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If the Ticket Terms conflict with the Terms of Use on a matter specific to tickets, the Ticket Terms control for that matter. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
When you place a ticket order, the version of the Ticket Terms that you accepted, the time you accepted it, and the account or purchaser record that accepted it are recorded against that order. The version you accepted stays with that order even if we publish new versions later.
- Who Is Who
The organizer. Every event ticketed through WrestleLink is put on by a wrestling promotion (the "organizer"). The organizer is the event organizer and the seller and provider of admission to its event. The organizer decides the event, its date, time and venue, its ticket types and prices, how many tickets are sold, its refund policy within WrestleLink's rules, and the rules that apply at the event and the venue.
WrestleLink. WrestleLink provides the ticketing marketplace and platform. We list the organizer's tickets, facilitate the transaction, collect payment, issue your tickets, record admission at the door, administer the refunds, payment disputes and chargebacks that these Ticket Terms provide for, and settle the proceeds with the organizer. WrestleLink is not the organizer, the venue, an athletic commission or a party to the event. Organizers are independent of WrestleLink; they are not our employees or agents and do not speak for us.
You. The person who places and pays for the order is the purchaser. A ticket may be used by someone other than the purchaser (Section 7). The purchaser is responsible for the order and for the tickets in it.
- Who May Buy
To buy tickets you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority required to enter into this transaction where you live if that is higher, and you must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Tickets may be bought for a minor who is permitted to attend the event under the organizer's and the venue's rules. Age rules for attendance are set by the organizer and the venue, are shown with the event where they apply, and apply at the door.
- Tickets, Prices, Fees and Limits
What is shown. What WrestleLink shows for the event when you order — the ticket types, prices, how many are available, the refund policy that applies to the event, whether re-entry is allowed, and any event rules — is the authoritative description of what you are buying. The rules saved with your order apply to it.
Ticket price. The ticket price is set by the organizer.
WrestleLink service fee. WrestleLink charges a service fee for its ticketing service on each paid ticket (the "service fee"). The service fee is a platform and ticketing service fee. It is not a surcharge for using a card or any other payment method, and it does not depend on which payment method you choose. The organizer chooses how the service fee is presented: either added at checkout on top of the ticket price, or included in the price shown. In either case the total you will pay, including any mandatory service fee, is shown to you before you pay, and your order records the ticket price and the service fee separately. Complimentary tickets and tickets with a price of $0 carry no service fee.
Tax. Prices are shown before tax unless stated otherwise. Where tax applies and is shown at checkout, the total you are charged includes it.
Limits. Each order may contain a limited number of paid tickets, shown when you order. An organizer may set a lower limit for an event or a ticket type.
- Ordering and Payment
Your hold. When you start an order, the tickets in it are held for you for a short time, shown on the order, so that you can complete payment. If you do not complete payment in that time the order expires, the tickets are released, and nothing is charged. You can start again while tickets remain.
Accepting these terms. Before payment opens you are asked to accept the Ticket Terms for that order.
Payment. Tickets bought online are paid by card, including card wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where offered. Payment is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. You are charged when you confirm payment.
Confirmation. When your payment succeeds the order is complete and your tickets are issued. Your order has a WrestleLink order number beginning "WL-". Use it whenever you contact us about the order.
Prices in U.S. dollars. Prices are in U.S. dollars. If you are outside the United States you may buy where WrestleLink makes the transaction available to you; your card issuer may apply its own conversion or fees.
- Your Tickets and the Code
Issue. Each ticket is issued as its own code (a QR code). Your tickets are available from your order on WrestleLink as soon as payment succeeds.
Attendee names. For some events or ticket types you may be asked for, or may choose to give, the name of the person who will use each ticket. Where a name is given it appears on that ticket. Buying several tickets does not by itself mean several people will attend; each ticket admits whoever presents it, subject to Section 8.
Copies are fine. A code does not change once it is issued. You may show it on a phone, as a screenshot, or printed. Every copy of a code is the same code.
One admission per code. Each code admits one person once. The first valid presentation of a code is the one that is admitted. A later presentation of the same code, from any copy, is not entitled to admission and is not entitled to a refund — unless the event allows re-entry (Section 9). If a code you hold is reported as already used, contact us with your WL- order number; we may give you the available information about when and where the code was first used, subject to privacy and security limits, to help you look into it.
Keep it safe. Anyone who has a copy of a code can use it. Treat your codes like cash. If you share a code with someone, you are sharing the admission it carries, and the responsibility for how every copy is used stays with you.
Validity. A code is valid until it is used for admission, refunded, or voided or invalidated under these Ticket Terms. A refunded, voided or invalidated code will not admit anyone.
- Giving Tickets to Others
You may pass a ticket to someone else by giving them a copy of its code, for example by sending a screenshot or a printed copy. Where WrestleLink offers a link for sending a ticket to a friend, that link opens the same ticket and the same code. The person you give a ticket to does not need a WrestleLink account to use it.
Giving someone a ticket does not change who the purchaser is, does not change or reissue the code, and does not cancel any other copy. The order, any refund and any messages about the order stay with the purchaser. A person who accepts or uses a ticket you give them is subject to the event and admission terms in these Ticket Terms and to the organizer's and the venue's rules. WrestleLink does not currently offer a formal transfer of ownership or a resale service for tickets.
- At the Door
Present the code at the door. The organizer's staff scan it and admit the person presenting it. A ticket is a right to admission subject to the organizer's and the venue's rules — including age, conduct, bag, security and safety rules — which the organizer is responsible for and which may be shown with the event. Issuing a ticket does not by itself guarantee that a particular person will be admitted.
If admission is refused:
where a person is refused for a legitimate safety, conduct, security, age or venue-rule reason, no refund is owed;
where a valid ticket cannot be honored because of an error by the organizer or the event — for example the event is not held, is held at a different place or time than the order says, or the organizer has sold more admission than it can honor — the ticket is treated as cancelled and refunded under Section 11;
where a code is invalid, has already been used or has been refunded or voided, no refund is automatically owed (Section 6); and
where the organizer refuses admission at its own discretion for a reason unrelated to the ticket holder's conduct or the venue's rules, the organizer funds a full refund of that ticket, which WrestleLink makes under Section 11.
Where the organizer also sells admission at the door, those sales are made by the organizer under the same ticket rules. Tickets sold through WrestleLink at the door are the same tickets under these Ticket Terms, whether paid by cash, card or another method the organizer accepts, and the WrestleLink service fee applies to paid tickets in the same way.
- Re-entry
Whether you may leave the venue and come back in on the same ticket is decided by the organizer for each event and shown with the event. Where re-entry is not allowed, a code that has been used will not admit again. Where re-entry is allowed, the organizer's staff confirm re-admission at the door.
- Changes to an Event
Cards and talent change. Professional wrestling cards, wrestlers and other talent, match lineups, advertised appearances, start times and event programming are subject to change. A change of this kind does not by itself give a right to a refund, unless WrestleLink or the organizer expressly says otherwise for that event or applicable law requires it.
Date changes. If the organizer moves the event to a different date, the event is rescheduled and Section 11 applies.
Venue changes. If the organizer moves the event to a different venue, the event is treated as rescheduled under Section 11 where the relocation is material — that is, where it materially changes the purchaser's ability to attend, having regard to factors such as the distance and travel between the original and the new venue, the accessibility of the new venue, and the notice given. A move to another venue in the same area that does not materially affect attendance is not a reschedule.
We tell you about a change to the date or venue of an event you hold tickets for.
- Refunds
The event's refund policy. Each event has a refund policy set by the organizer within WrestleLink's rules. It is shown with the event's tickets before you buy, and the policy saved with your order is the one that applies to it. The policies WrestleLink currently offers organizers are:
WrestleLink Standard — refunds if the show is cancelled or rescheduled; otherwise the sale is final.
No refunds — all sales are final, except a cancelled show.
Cancelled events. If the event is cancelled, for any reason, every paid ticket for it is refunded in full — the amount you paid for the affected ticket, including any mandatory WrestleLink service fee and any tax collected — except only to the extent applicable law expressly permits a different treatment. Refunds for a cancelled event are made without you having to ask. Cancelled tickets are marked refunded and will not admit anyone.
Rescheduled events. If the event is rescheduled (Section 10), your tickets stay valid for the rescheduled event and your codes do not change. Under the WrestleLink Standard policy you may instead ask for a full refund of the affected ticket, including any mandatory service fee, within 14 days after WrestleLink sends you the reschedule notice or until 24 hours before the rescheduled event, whichever comes first. Ask by contacting us with your WL- order number. Under a No refunds policy a rescheduled event is not refundable unless the organizer or WrestleLink says otherwise for that event or applicable law requires it.
Refused admission. Where Section 8 provides for a refund, it is made under this Section as a full refund of the affected ticket.
Other refunds. Outside the event's refund policy and these Ticket Terms, tickets are final. WrestleLink may still refund an order at its discretion, for example for a platform or administrative error or a duplicate charge.
What a refund includes. When a refund is owed under the applicable policy or these Ticket Terms, it is made per ticket for the full amount paid for that ticket, including any mandatory WrestleLink service fee, unless applicable law permits otherwise and the policy shown to you before you bought specifically provides otherwise.
How refunds are made. Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long a refund takes to appear depends on your card issuer; it is often 5 to 10 business days. Where a refund cannot reasonably be returned to the original payment method, WrestleLink may provide or arrange another lawful and reasonable refund method. A refunded ticket's code will not admit anyone.
Tickets that have been used. A ticket that has been used for admission is not refundable.
- Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you think a ticket charge is wrong, please contact us first with your WL- order number, so we can try to fix it quickly. This does not limit any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may suspend the tickets in the order while it is resolved, and we may give the card network the records of your order, your acceptance of these terms, your payment, your tickets and any admission. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may lead to suspension of your account.
- Misuse
You may not copy a code to admit more people than the tickets you hold, alter a code, present a code you know has already been used or refunded, obtain tickets by fraud, sell or offer tickets in a way the law or the organizer's rules prohibit, or use bots or other automated means to buy tickets. WrestleLink may void or invalidate tickets obtained or used in breach of these Ticket Terms or the Terms of Use, and may take any step the Terms of Use allow when an account breaks them.
- Your Account and Our Messages
Ticket orders placed on WrestleLink, and your tickets, are available from your order. Where you order through a WrestleLink account, keep it secure; you are responsible for activity in it, as the Terms of Use describe. Where WrestleLink lets you order without an account, your tickets are available through the secure links we send you. A WrestleLink account is not required to receive, open, present, share or use a ticket. If you lose access to your tickets, contact us with your WL- order number and we will verify that you are the purchaser before restoring access.
We send you messages about your order and your tickets, in your account where you have one and by email: when payment succeeds, when tickets are issued, and when an event you hold tickets for is cancelled, rescheduled or materially changed, or a ticket is refunded. These messages are part of the service you bought, not marketing. Marketing messages from WrestleLink or from an organizer are sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Privacy and What the Organizer Sees
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including your order, payment and admission records, and how long we keep it. The organizer of an event you buy tickets for receives the information reasonably necessary to run the event and admit ticket holders — such as the purchaser's name and contact details, the tickets in the order, any attendee names given, and admission records — and uses it under its own privacy obligations. The organizer does not receive your full card details, and buying a ticket does not give the organizer access to unrelated information about you on WrestleLink.
- Accessibility
The organizer and the venue are responsible for the physical accessibility of the event and for accommodation requests; please direct requests about accessible seating, entry or accommodations to the organizer, whose contact details are on the event page. WrestleLink is responsible for the accessibility of the WrestleLink ticketing pages it operates.
- WrestleLink's Role
The organizer is responsible for the event: that it takes place as described, the venue, safety and security, its staff, the conduct of its performers and audience, its compliance with the laws, licences and regulations that apply to holding the event, and for honoring valid tickets. Attending a live event carries risks, as the Terms of Use describe. WrestleLink is responsible for the ticketing service described in these Ticket Terms and for administering the refunds they provide for. Nothing in these Ticket Terms makes WrestleLink responsible for the event itself.
- Liability, Disputes and Governing Law
The Terms of Use govern disclaimers, the limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution (including arbitration and the class-action waiver, and how to opt out of arbitration), and governing law. Those provisions apply to tickets and to these Ticket Terms.
Your legal rights. Nothing in these Ticket Terms limits or excludes any right or remedy that the law applicable to you gives you and that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement, including any right to a refund or cancellation under applicable consumer-protection or ticketing law. Where such a law gives you a greater right than these Ticket Terms, that law applies.
- Changes
We may publish new versions of the Ticket Terms. A new version applies to orders placed after it takes effect. The version you accepted for an existing order stays with that order.
