Terms of Use
Not yet published — a description of current behaviour, not a policy.
The final wording of this policy has not been published. What follows describes how the site works today, so the page is useful in the meantime. It is not a legal document and creates no obligation on either side.
If something here affects you, send us a request — no account needed — or email hello@wrestlelink.com.
How the site behaves today
- Now Creating an account records your acceptance of these terms as a dated, append-only entry, along with the version you accepted.
- Now Accounts created before 27 July 2026 predate that record and have no stored acceptance. Nothing has been backfilled, because a fabricated consent record would be worse than none.
- Planned Every substantive term: who may use the service, acceptable use, the licence you grant for content you upload, prohibited conduct, termination, disclaimers and limitation of liability.
Still to be decided
Shown here rather than hidden in a backlog — these are the open questions this page cannot answer yet.
- The entire substantive text. None of this page can be written from the codebase - these are the owner's commitments and, in several places, legal drafting.
- The minimum age, and how that is handled for wrestlers under it who appear in the directory.
- The licence a user grants when uploading media, and what happens to that media after they delete their account.
- Whether to force re-acceptance when the terms are first genuinely published. The version mechanism supports it; the decision is the owner's.
