Fan Promo License
Version 1 · in force since 2026-09-14
1. About This License
This Fan Promo License (the "Fan License") sets out how you may use a Fan Promo delivered to you through WrestleLink. WrestleLink is operated by Rocket Small Business Services, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("Rocket," "we," "us," or "our").
The Fan License applies together with the Promo Terms, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If the Fan License conflicts with the Promo Terms about how you may use a delivered Fan Promo, the Fan License controls. Capitalized words not defined here have the meaning given in the Promo Terms or the Terms of Use.
The version of the Fan License you accepted when you sent your request stays with that order.
2. What You Receive
When the wrestler delivers your Fan Promo and you have been charged for it, WrestleLink, with the authorization the wrestler gives WrestleLink under the Promo Seller Terms, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide and perpetual license, subject to Section 7, to use that delivered Fan Promo as this Fan License allows.
You receive a license to use the delivered recording. You do not receive ownership of the Promo, or of the wrestler's name, likeness, voice, character, performance or trademarks.
3. What You May Do
You may, for personal and non-commercial purposes:
- keep, download and store the delivered Fan Promo;
- play it for yourself and others, in private or at a personal occasion such as a birthday or a family event;
- share it with friends and family, including with a share link; and
- post it on your personal social media accounts. A personal account that happens to earn ordinary advertising revenue from the platform it is on may carry the Fan Promo; that alone does not make the post commercial use.
The recipient. You may provide or send the Fan Promo to the recipient named in your request for that recipient's personal enjoyment, subject to the same restrictions in this Fan License.
Reasonable personal edits. You may make reasonable personal edits that do not materially change the wrestler's meaning or misrepresent the wrestler, such as:
- trimming dead space at the start or end;
- adding captions or subtitles;
- cropping or resizing;
- converting the format; and
- placing the Promo within a personal compilation or video.
4. What You May Not Do
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- sell, rent or otherwise resell the Fan Promo, or offer it for money in any form;
- sublicense it, commercially license it, or grant anyone else rights in it;
- use it on or in merchandise;
- use it in sponsored posts, paid promotions or paid advertising of any kind;
- use it to advertise or promote a business, product, service, event, venue or brand (a Business Promo is the product for that);
- present it as the wrestler's or WrestleLink's endorsement of you, anyone else, or anything, beyond the words of the Promo itself;
- edit it in a way that fabricates speech, uses misleading cuts, changes the wrestler's meaning or implies an endorsement the wrestler did not make;
- use it, or the wrestler's voice, likeness or performance in it, to train, fine-tune or test any artificial intelligence or machine-learning system, or to create a synthetic voice, a likeness clone, a deepfake or any other AI-generated imitation or impersonation of the wrestler; or
- use it in a way that breaks the law, the Terms of Use or the Community Guidelines.
5. What the Wrestler and WrestleLink Keep
The wrestler keeps all of their rights in their name, ring name, likeness, voice, character, performance and trademarks. WrestleLink keeps all of its rights in the WrestleLink platform and its marks. Nothing in the Fan License transfers any of those rights to you.
6. Business Use Needs a Business Promo
If you want to use a Promo for a business, order a Business Promo under the Business Promo License. A Fan Promo cannot be converted into a Business Promo.
7. When the License Ends
WrestleLink does not end the Fan License at will. WrestleLink may end it if you materially breach it. Where a breach can reasonably be fixed, WrestleLink may first tell you and give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it. WrestleLink may end the Fan License immediately for serious misuse, such as reselling the Promo, using it to train artificial intelligence or to clone the wrestler's voice or likeness, or deceptively manipulating it.
A refund does not by itself end the Fan License. Where a refund or other resolution of your order specifically requires that the Promo be withdrawn or no longer used, WrestleLink may end the Fan License.
When the Fan License ends, you must stop using the Fan Promo and remove copies and posts of it that you control.
8. General
The Promo Terms and the Terms of Use govern everything this Fan License does not, including disclaimers, the limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law.
We may publish new versions of the Fan License. A new version applies to Fan Promos ordered after it takes effect; the version you accepted stays with your order.
