Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are and Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Rocket Small Business Services, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("Rocket," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information through WrestleLink, including wrestlelink.com, the wrestle.link link-in-bio and short-link service, and related websites, applications, tools, widgets, communications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). WrestleLink is the primary platform and product brand. The main platform website is wrestlelink.com; wrestle.link is the separate link-in-bio and short-link service.

WrestleLink is intended to serve an international independent-wrestling community. Some features may be available only in particular countries or jurisdictions, and additional privacy notices, choices, or rights may apply depending on where you live or which feature you use.

This Policy applies both to people who have WrestleLink accounts and, in some circumstances, to people or organizations described in WrestleLink's wrestling directory even if they have never created a WrestleLink account. It also applies to visitors interacting with WrestleLink features or widgets embedded on third-party websites where WrestleLink receives information from those interactions.

This Policy does not govern independent processing by wrestlers, promotions, sellers, advertisers, social networks, payment providers, ticket sellers, website publishers, or other third parties under their own privacy practices.

2. Account Users and Profile Subjects Are Different

WrestleLink operates both an account platform and a wrestling-information directory. A WrestleLink account holder and the person or organization described by a WrestleLink profile are not always the same.

WrestleLink may maintain a wrestler, promotion, event, venue, or other wrestling record based on public, historical, submitted, licensed, or otherwise lawfully obtained information before the subject creates an account. A promotion may identify a wrestler appearing at an event, another authorized contributor may submit information, or WrestleLink may create or supplement an unclaimed profile through research and curation.

Claiming a profile gives an authorized user management access within WrestleLink's rules. It does not mean all information about the profile originated with that user, and it does not convert legitimate independent historical records into private account data.

This distinction affects how we use information. We may use account-user data for account administration, personalization, communications, advertising or audience functions where lawful, commerce, and other platform purposes described below. Information about a non-user profile subject is generally used more narrowly for directory, discovery, historical, verification, correction, safety, integrity, and appropriately governed aggregate or statistical purposes.

Tag teams are also a public entity type. Promotions may create or contribute tag-team records, including names, member relationships, social links, and public booking information. A tag team may therefore have a WrestleLink record without a conventional tag-team claim workflow. Requests to correct, object to, or seek removal of tag-team information are handled through the profile-review process described in Section 15.

3. Information We Collect

A. Account, identity, verification, and legal records

When you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, authentication information, account identifier, roles and permissions, account status, profile-management relationships, verification information, security and account-recovery information, and records of legal-document acceptance.

If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, we may receive information that provider makes available according to your settings and the authorization you grant.

B. Wrestler, promotion, event, venue, and directory information

We collect and maintain information used to build and improve WrestleLink's wrestling directory and discovery experience. Depending on the subject, this may include ring or business name, biography, images, logos, social and website links, general geographic information, promotion affiliations, rosters, event appearances, event history, championships, venues, public professional information, and other wrestling-related facts.

We may obtain this information from the profile subject, authorized managers, promotions, other users, publicly available sources, historical records, licensed sources, partners, or WrestleLink research and curation. WrestleLink expects to continue expanding, correcting, and improving the information available in the platform.

C. Real and legal names

A performer's legal or real name can be more sensitive than ordinary professional wrestling information, particularly where a person performs publicly under a ring name.

Where WrestleLink holds a real or legal name for a performer, it may be displayed publicly on that performer's profile. That name may have been supplied by the performer or an authorized manager, or drawn from public, historical, or licensed sources. WrestleLink does not currently offer a setting that hides a real name while the rest of a profile remains public; removal is handled as a request.

A performer, or someone authorized to act for that performer, may ask WrestleLink to remove a real or legal name from public display. We will verify the request as reasonably necessary and will give particular weight to privacy, safety, stalking, harassment, and similar risks. We aim to act on a safety-related request promptly and will not impose verification steps disproportionate to the risk involved. Removing a real name from public display does not necessarily require deletion of every internal record where retention is lawful and reasonably necessary.

D. Private contact, address, and payment-related information

We do not publish a user's or wrestler's private email address, private phone number, residential street address, payment information, tax information, or similar private account information merely because WrestleLink possesses it. A user or business may separately choose to publish designated business or booking contact information.

We may collect street, billing, shipping, or tax addresses when necessary for purchases, fulfillment, seller or affiliate payouts, tax compliance, identity verification, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business requirements. Venue addresses may be displayed publicly because they identify event locations.

E. User Content

We may collect content you submit or upload, including profile text, biographies, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, event information, posts, links, reports, correction requests, and other content. Metadata associated with uploaded files or content may also be processed where technically present or necessary.

Permission to display content within WrestleLink, permission for WrestleLink to promote content through WrestleLink-owned social channels, and permission for WrestleLink to publish to your own connected social accounts are separate permissions. Granting one does not grant another.

F. Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts

WrestleLink offers two different Meta connections. They are authorized separately, through separate consent screens, and one does not grant the other.

Verification. Where a profile already names an eligible Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, a manager of that profile — or a person with a claim in progress on it — may connect that account so WrestleLink can compare it with the identity the profile already carries. A verification connection exists to answer one question: does the person connecting control the account the listing already named. It does not authorize WrestleLink to post.

Publishing. A separate connection, offered only for a profile that is already verified and only to the people who manage it. It authorizes WrestleLink to publish content that the account holder has composed on WrestleLink and directed to that destination. Publishing to a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account requires permissions that Meta grants through its app-review process — pages_manage_posts for a Facebook Page and instagram_business_content_publish for an Instagram professional account. WrestleLink requests those permissions only for a connection made for publishing, and only from the person making it.

For either connection, WrestleLink receives and stores the Meta account identifier, username or display name, account type, Page role information where Meta provides it, the permissions granted, connection lifecycle information, and an access token. The access token is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Identity-verification evidence may also retain provider account identifiers, usernames or display names, role evidence, and related verification metadata so WrestleLink can document why a verification was granted.

WrestleLink requests only the permissions needed for the purpose of the connection, and does not publish to a connected account except at the account holder's direction.

Disconnecting. Disconnecting deletes WrestleLink's stored access credential and marks the connection revoked. A historical record that the connection existed is retained. Disconnecting does not revoke the permission grant at Meta itself, so to withdraw the grant at source you should also remove WrestleLink through your Facebook or Instagram settings. See Section 14 for how connected-account information is treated when you delete your WrestleLink account.

G. Sensitive or special-category information

WrestleLink does not generally need users to provide highly sensitive personal information about matters such as health or medical conditions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation or sex life, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, trade-union membership, genetic information, or biometric identifiers used to uniquely identify a person, except where a particular lawful feature expressly requires and discloses such processing.

Because WrestleLink hosts biographies, photographs, videos, posts, messages, and other user-submitted or public wrestling content, such information may sometimes be revealed incidentally or voluntarily in content. The presence of a photograph, injury reference, identity statement, or similar content does not mean WrestleLink uses that information for every purpose described in this Policy.

We do not use sensitive information inferred from non-user wrestling profiles for targeted advertising, audience building, or unrelated AI training. Additional consent or restrictions may apply where law treats particular information as sensitive.

H. Location and geographic information

We may process general or approximate location information to support event discovery, nearby recommendations, audience measurement, security, advertising, and other location-relevant features. Public wrestler profiles do not require or display a residential street address.

Precise geolocation, if introduced, will be treated separately where applicable law requires additional necessity, consent, disclosure, or minor protections.

I. Activity, device, and analytics information

When you use the Services, we may collect information about your interactions with WrestleLink, such as pages or profiles viewed, searches, follows and favorites, event interactions, clicks, referral or attribution information, feature usage, timestamps, browser or device information, IP address, approximate location derived from technical information, and identifiers used to understand sessions or usage.

WrestleLink's own analytics do not set cookies. They may associate an event with a signed-in user's account identifier. For all visitors, they record a session identifier derived from technical information including IP address and browser user agent, together with country, region, and city-level location derived from the same technical information. The session identifier changes each day, and the IP address itself is not stored. We do not describe this information as anonymous merely because it is cookieless.

J. Communications and messaging

We may collect communications you send to WrestleLink, including support, legal, claim, verification, correction, removal, abuse, and other requests. If WrestleLink introduces direct messaging between users, WrestleLink may process message content and associated metadata to provide the feature and, where appropriate, for safety, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, support, enforcement, and legal compliance. Users should not assume that future WrestleLink messaging is end-to-end encrypted unless WrestleLink expressly states that it is.

Transactional email — the messages the Services must send to operate your account, such as sign-in, verification, claim, and billing notices — is sent through Resend. WrestleLink maintains an email delivery log that can include recipient email address, template, delivery status, and error information. WrestleLink's transactional email templates do not include open-tracking pixels, click-tracking wrappers, scripts, or external tracking assets.

Marketing and other non-transactional communications may be sent through a separate provider, and messages of that kind commonly record whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. Where we send them, you can opt out using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us, and opting out of marketing does not stop the transactional messages your account needs.

K. Transaction, marketplace, seller, affiliate, and payment information

When you buy, sell, receive payouts, or otherwise transact through WrestleLink, we process information needed to administer the transaction. This may include order information, items purchased or sold, ticket or Promo details, transaction amounts, refunds, disputes, fulfillment information, seller information, affiliate attribution, commission and payout records, tax-related information, and billing or shipping details.

Payment-card and bank-account information is collected and processed by payment providers such as Stripe rather than stored in full by WrestleLink. The information WrestleLink receives depends on the applicable payment or payout flow.

Which commerce features are available to you depends on your account, your location, your eligibility, and which programs WrestleLink offers at the time.

L. Advertising, attribution, and tracking information

WrestleLink may use or introduce analytics, advertising, attribution, remarketing, conversion-measurement, and audience technologies. These may include cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, similar identifiers, and server-side conversion or events APIs.

The specific technologies and providers may change. Where WrestleLink activates advertising or targeting technologies that are not strictly necessary, this Policy will be updated to describe them, and the consent or opt-out controls required in your jurisdiction will be available before those technologies are used.

M. Information collected through WrestleLink widgets on other websites

WrestleLink may provide widgets or embedded features that promotions, wrestlers, venues, partners, or other publishers can place on their own websites. When a visitor interacts with a WrestleLink widget, WrestleLink may receive technical and usage information such as the referring or embedding site, widget or event viewed, interaction events, timestamps, IP address, browser or device information, approximate location, referral or attribution information, and session or other identifiers used for analytics, security, attribution, or feature operation.

A visitor may therefore interact with a WrestleLink service and generate WrestleLink analytics without first visiting a WrestleLink-owned website. The publisher of the website and WrestleLink may have separate privacy responsibilities for the information each processes.

N. Information from third parties

We may receive information from authentication providers, payment providers, social networks, promotions, wrestlers, sellers, affiliates, partners, service providers, public sources, and other users. For example, a promotion may submit an event appearance for a wrestler who has not yet joined WrestleLink, or an affiliate link may provide attribution information when a visitor arrives at WrestleLink.

4. How We Use Information About Account Users and Visitors

For people who create accounts, visit WrestleLink, interact with WrestleLink widgets, make purchases, or otherwise directly use the Services, we may use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve the Services;
• create and administer accounts, profile claims, roles, permissions, verification, and security;
• help users discover wrestlers, promotions, events, content, and other relevant experiences;
• generate recommendations based on interests, follows, favorites, searches, approximate location, purchases, activity, and other relevant signals;
• provide communications, notifications, support, and requested services;
• publish content you have composed to destinations you have selected, including your own connected social accounts;
• detect fraud, impersonation, abuse, security incidents, platform manipulation, and violations of our terms or policies;
• measure usage, performance, audience growth, referrals, campaigns, advertising, and conversions;
• market WrestleLink products and services and, where permitted, build or use advertising audiences and similar segments;
• operate partner advertising and audience-access products without necessarily disclosing the identities or contact information of the audience to the partner;
• process and administer purchases, sales, fulfillment, refunds, seller relationships, affiliate attribution, commissions, payouts, and tax obligations;
• develop appropriately governed aggregate, statistical, and de-identified insights;
• support AI-assisted features, recommendations, analysis, search, content assistance, and other intelligent functionality;
• improve, evaluate, develop, and, where appropriate and lawful, train WrestleLink's own recommendation, analytics, or AI systems, subject to applicable disclosures and controls;
• comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, and establish or defend legal claims; and
• carry out other purposes disclosed at collection or with consent where required.

5. How We Use Information About Non-User Profile Subjects

For a wrestler, promoter, promotion, venue, or other profile subject who has not created a WrestleLink account or directly provided the relevant information, WrestleLink uses personal information for a narrower set of purposes:

• creating, supplementing, organizing, correcting, verifying, and displaying wrestling-directory and historical information;
• connecting wrestlers, promotions, events, rosters, appearances, venues, championships, and other legitimate wrestling relationships;
• helping users discover relevant wrestlers, promotions, events, and historical information;
• responding to claim, correction, safety, privacy, objection, and removal requests;
• detecting impersonation, fraud, abuse, duplicate or inaccurate records, and other integrity issues;
• maintaining appropriate records needed to establish the source, accuracy, provenance, or history of directory information;
• producing appropriately governed aggregate or statistical analysis that does not improperly expose or target an identifiable non-user; and
• complying with law and protecting legal rights.

We do not take information collected about a non-user profile subject from public or third-party sources and, merely because it is in the directory, use that person's profile to build third-party advertising audiences, target that person with unrelated advertising, or train unrelated general-purpose AI systems.

6. Legal Bases for Processing in the EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions

Where applicable law requires WrestleLink to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, the basis depends on the information, the person involved, and the purpose.

• Providing requested account or transaction services — contract, or steps requested before entering a contract. Examples: account access, requested features, purchases, and seller or affiliate administration where contractual.
• Directory and historical wrestling information — legitimate interests, subject to balancing and to your right to object. Examples: maintaining accurate and useful wrestling records, discovery, verification, correction, and provenance.
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and legal claims — legitimate interests and, where applicable, legal obligation. Examples: protecting users and WrestleLink, investigating misuse, preserving evidence, and responding to lawful process.
• Required tax, accounting, regulatory, or legal records — legal obligation.
• Optional marketing, tracking, sensitive processing, or other activities requiring permission — consent, where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn, without affecting lawful processing already carried out or other applicable bases.
• Personalization, analytics, recommendations, AI, and product improvement — contract, legitimate interests, or consent, depending on the feature, the data involved, your age, your jurisdiction, and the impact of the processing.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the purpose, necessity, impact on the person, reasonable expectations, safeguards, and available alternatives. Where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling based on that basis. We will stop the processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims, as applicable.

You may object at any time to processing of your personal information for direct marketing where applicable.

7. Non-User Profiles, Source Notices, and International Transparency

When WrestleLink receives personal information about a person from public sources, promotions, other users, historical sources, or other third parties rather than directly from that person, applicable law may require WrestleLink to provide additional information about the categories collected, the source, purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention, and rights.

Where required, WrestleLink will provide that information within the period required by applicable law, or rely only on an applicable exception after documenting why the exception applies and implementing any substitute transparency measures required by law.

WrestleLink maintains this public Privacy Policy and provides a process, described in Section 15, for non-user profile subjects to learn about WrestleLink's processing and exercise applicable rights. This public disclosure is not intended to substitute automatically for individualized notice where individualized notice is legally required.

8. Personalization, Recommendations, AI, and Automated Systems

For users and visitors where permitted, WrestleLink may personalize the Services using activity and interests. For example, we may recommend nearby events, wrestlers, promotions, content, or accounts based on what you follow, view, search for, purchase, or interact with, your approximate location, and patterns among users with similar interests.

WrestleLink may offer AI-assisted functionality, including features that analyze profile, event, audience, commerce, or account information to provide answers, recommendations, summaries, or operational insights. We may use third-party AI service providers to process information on WrestleLink's behalf where appropriate.

WrestleLink may use eligible data to improve or train its own recommendation or AI systems. This does not mean WrestleLink gives unrelated third parties rights to train their general-purpose models on private WrestleLink user data. We do not use sensitive information, or public-source data about non-user profile subjects, for unrelated AI training merely because it exists in WrestleLink.

9. How We Disclose Personal Information

A. Service providers and processors

We may disclose information to companies that provide infrastructure, hosting, storage, authentication, email or messaging delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention, customer support, payments, payouts, maps, advertising technology, social integrations, AI processing, and other services on our behalf. Their access is limited to the services they provide and governed by applicable contractual and legal requirements.

B. Public information

Information designated or reasonably treated as public within WrestleLink may be visible to other users, search engines, or the general public. This can include public profiles, wrestling names, promotion names, biographies, event information, rosters and appearances, public social links, images, posts, and other information intended for public display. As described in Section 3C, this can include a performer's real or legal name where WrestleLink holds one.

Private account contact information does not become public merely because a person has a WrestleLink account.

C. Sellers and transaction counterparties

When a user purchases a product, ticket, Promo, merchandise item, service, or other offering from a wrestler, promotion, or other seller through WrestleLink, we may provide that seller with information reasonably necessary to fulfill, administer, support, document, or comply with legal obligations relating to that transaction. This may include the customer's name, contact information, order details, and other transaction-relevant information.

Depending on the transaction and applicable law, WrestleLink and the seller may each act as an independent controller or business for portions of the customer information each determines how to use. The seller's independent use of customer information is subject to its own legal obligations and privacy practices. Purchasing from a seller does not give that seller access to unrelated WrestleLink behavioral, audience, profile, or account data about the customer.

D. Connected social accounts

Where you have connected a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account for publishing and have directed WrestleLink to publish to it, the content and any associated media you selected are transmitted to Meta for that purpose. What Meta does with content published to your own account is governed by Meta's terms and privacy practices, not this Policy.

E. Partner advertising and audience access

WrestleLink may allow promotions, wrestlers, advertisers, or other partners to pay WrestleLink to reach a defined audience within the WrestleLink ecosystem. For example, a promotion might ask WrestleLink to market an event to users within a particular geographic area or with relevant interests.

WrestleLink may select the audience and deliver the communication or advertising without giving the partner the audience's names, email addresses, phone numbers, or underlying customer list. A partner would receive identifiable customer information only when another basis exists, such as when the user buys from that partner, requests contact, consents to disclosure, or the disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.

F. Advertising and measurement providers

Where enabled and permitted, we may disclose or transmit identifiers, device or browser information, website activity, conversion information, audience information, or similar data to advertising and measurement providers to measure campaigns, attribute conversions, create or reach audiences, or support targeted advertising.

G. Legal, safety, and corporate disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, or address security incidents.

We may also transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change in operating entity, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. Sales, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Audience Products

WrestleLink does not operate a business that provides lists of individual users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar customer records to unrelated third parties for those third parties to independently market to them.

WrestleLink does intend, where lawful, to offer audience-access and advertising products. For example, a promotion might pay WrestleLink to reach users within a defined distance of an event or users with relevant interests, while WrestleLink keeps the underlying audience list and sends or serves the campaign.

WrestleLink also intends, where lawful and appropriately configured, to use advertising and measurement technologies, custom or matched audiences, lookalike or similar audiences, attribution systems, and related tools.

Privacy laws may classify some of these activities as a "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," or similar regulated processing even when WrestleLink does not give a partner a customer list and even when no money is paid specifically for personal information. Where such laws apply, WrestleLink will provide the required notices and opt-out or consent mechanisms before the processing begins.

Where required, WrestleLink will provide a clear privacy-choice mechanism and honor qualifying universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for the processing covered by those signals.

11. Aggregate, De-Identified, and Industry Insights

We may create and use aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information to understand the wrestling industry, improve WrestleLink, develop products, analyze demand, measure audience and event trends, and provide insights to promotions, wrestlers, advertisers, partners, or other industry participants.

Examples may include aggregate fan geography, event interest, ticket-demand patterns, promotion growth, wrestler interest, audience trends, or merchandise and content categories. We may commercialize appropriately aggregated or de-identified insights.

WrestleLink does not treat information as safely aggregated or de-identified merely because direct identifiers were removed. We apply governance designed to reduce reasonable re-identification risk, including minimum reporting thresholds, suppression of small or uniquely identifying segments, review of combinations of dimensions, contractual restrictions on re-identification where appropriate, and periodic reassessment as datasets and products change.

12. Cookies, Similar Technologies, Do Not Track, and Privacy Choices

WrestleLink uses cookies and similar technologies for strictly necessary functions, such as keeping you signed in and maintaining security, and for preferences and functionality. As described in Section 3I, WrestleLink's own analytics do not set cookies.

Where WrestleLink activates advertising, targeting, or other non-essential technologies, they will be subject to consent or opt-out controls appropriate to the applicable jurisdiction, and this Policy will be updated to describe them before they are used. Some technologies may operate in the browser or device, while others may transmit events server-side.

Global Privacy Control is a browser or device signal that may communicate a legally recognized opt-out request in certain jurisdictions. Where applicable law requires us to honor GPC or another qualifying universal opt-out mechanism, we will do so for the processing covered by that signal.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals are distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as GPC. WrestleLink does not currently respond to DNT signals separately, and will describe its actual response accurately if that changes.

Third parties may collect information through WrestleLink when third-party technologies, embeds, or integrations are active, as described in this Policy.

13. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights to request access to or confirmation of processing, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete certain information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, receive portable data, or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

Where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may object at any time to direct marketing. You may also have rights concerning automated decision-making and sensitive information.

To submit a privacy request, contact hello@wrestlelink.com or use the contact form at wrestlelink.com/contact. If your request is about a profile or listing — correcting it, restricting it, or having it removed — the profile request form is the faster route and needs no account; the Profile Claim, Correction and Removal policy explains how those are handled. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request. Authorized agents may be permitted where required by law.

If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, we will provide a method to appeal the decision. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

14. Deleting Your Account and Your Data

A. Deleting your WrestleLink account

If you have a WrestleLink account, you can request deletion from your account settings. The request begins a short cooling-off period during which you can cancel it. After that period, the deletion is carried out.

You can also request deletion by emailing hello@wrestlelink.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

B. What deletion does

Deletion removes or anonymizes the personal information associated with your account across the records that process covers, including your profile information, follows, saved items, communication preferences and suppressions, seller contact records, booking documents, uploaded media associated with your account, and the association between your account and analytics events.

Connected social accounts. Deleting your account destroys the stored access credential for every social account you connected. The credential is erased, the connection is marked revoked, and it can no longer be used to publish anything. This happens whether or not you disconnected the account first.

C. What deletion does not do

Deleting your account does not delete everything connected with your prior use of the Services, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise:

• The record that a connection existed. After the credential is destroyed, we keep the record that a particular account was connected to a particular listing, when, and with what permissions — without its link to you. That record is part of how we can show why a listing was verified. It contains no credential and cannot be used to access anything.
• Verification evidence. Where a connection was used to verify a listing's identity, the evidence of that verification is kept, again without its link to you. Deleting it would strip a promotion or wrestler of its verified status because one of its managers closed an account, which would penalize the listing for something it did not do.
• The permission you granted at Meta. Deleting your WrestleLink account ends WrestleLink's ability to use the connection, but it does not reach into Facebook or Instagram to withdraw the permission there. To do that, remove WrestleLink through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Connections authorized by someone else. If another manager of the same listing connected their own account, that connection is theirs and is not affected by your deletion.
• Directory and historical wrestling records. Factual or historical wrestling information may continue to exist independently of the account that submitted or managed it, as described in Sections 2 and 5.
• Records we are required or permitted to retain. We may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, tax and accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit, enforcement, or transaction history.

D. Deleting data obtained through a connected Facebook or Instagram account

To remove data WrestleLink obtained through a connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you can do either of the following.

To disconnect one account and keep your WrestleLink account:

1. Open the profile's management area in WrestleLink and disconnect the account. This immediately erases WrestleLink's stored access credential for it and marks the connection revoked.
2. Remove WrestleLink from your Facebook or Instagram settings to withdraw the permission grant at Meta.

To delete everything: request deletion of your WrestleLink account as described in Section 14A. This erases the stored credential for every social account you connected, as well as the rest of the personal information deletion covers. Then remove WrestleLink from your Facebook or Instagram settings, which is the only step we cannot take for you.

In either case, if you also want the remaining non-credential connection record or verification evidence reviewed for removal, email hello@wrestlelink.com and we will handle it as a privacy request under Section 13.

E. If you do not have a WrestleLink account

If WrestleLink holds information about you but you have never created an account, see Section 15.

15. Profile Subjects Who Do Not Have WrestleLink Accounts

If WrestleLink maintains a profile or wrestling record about you and you do not have a WrestleLink account, you may use the profile request form at wrestlelink.com/profile-request, or contact us at hello@wrestlelink.com, to request information about WrestleLink's processing and to request review, correction, claim, objection, restriction, or removal where applicable. The form needs no account and gives you a reference to quote. The Profile Claim, Correction and Removal policy sets out how each of those requests is handled, including requests concerning photographs and requests where your safety is the concern.

We may require reasonable verification that the requester is the person described by the profile or is authorized to act for that person before changing or removing information. Verification will be proportionate to the sensitivity and risk involved and will not create unnecessary friction for safety-related requests, including requests to remove a real name from public display.

Because WrestleLink maintains public and historical wrestling records, a request to remove an entire profile does not automatically require removal of every legitimate historical reference. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, WrestleLink may correct inaccurate information, remove or suppress sensitive information, change management or claim status, restrict visibility, annotate a record, honor an objection, or remove a profile.

Where WrestleLink removes or materially suppresses public information, a verified requester may also ask WrestleLink to take reasonable steps within WrestleLink's control concerning search-engine indexing, such as removing the content from public pages or requesting de-indexing where appropriate. WrestleLink cannot guarantee when or whether an independent search engine will update or remove cached or indexed results.

Privacy rights provided by applicable law remain available regardless of whether you have a WrestleLink account.

16. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining legitimate wrestling history, administering accounts and transactions, complying with law, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and meeting audit, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the relationship involved, legal requirements, whether information is public or historical, and operational needs. As explained in Section 14, not every category of information is deleted when an account closes.

Where required by law, we will delete, anonymize, de-identify, or otherwise appropriately handle information when the applicable retention purpose expires.

17. Security and Data Breaches

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and risks involved. Access tokens for connected social accounts are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a security incident involving personal information occurs, WrestleLink will investigate and provide notifications to affected individuals, regulators, or others when and as required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should notify WrestleLink if they believe an account has been compromised.

18. Children and Teen Users

WrestleLink is not intended for children under 13. Users must be at least 13 to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring deletion or parental authorization, we will take appropriate action.

Teen users may be subject to additional privacy and safety protections depending on where they live. Certain features, including targeted advertising, sale or sharing of data, profiling, precise geolocation, direct messaging, public visibility, commerce, affiliate payouts, or AI functionality, may be restricted, disabled, or require additional consent or safeguards for minors.

When WrestleLink activates features for users it can identify as minors covered by enhanced protections under applicable law, including Connecticut law, WrestleLink will apply the legally required protections. These include excluding prohibited targeted advertising and sales, obtaining required consent before covered profiling, restricting precise geolocation to permitted circumstances, and providing required safeguards for unsolicited adult-to-minor communications where direct messaging is offered. WrestleLink will not activate age-dependent processing that requires minor-specific gating unless WrestleLink has a sufficient mechanism to identify and enforce the applicable age status.

A wrestling profile about a minor may also exist as a directory or historical record even when the minor does not hold a WrestleLink account. Requests concerning such records are handled under Section 15, with particular attention to privacy, publicity, safety, and child-protection considerations.

19. International Users and Cross-Border Processing

WrestleLink is based in the United States and may use service providers or infrastructure located in the United States and other countries. If you access WrestleLink from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

Where required, we will use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for international transfers and provide jurisdiction-specific information concerning legal bases, rights, representatives, regulators, and transfer mechanisms.

For information collected directly from you, additional notices may be required at collection. For information about profile subjects obtained from public sources, promotions, users, or other third parties, the additional transparency obligations described in Section 7 may apply.

20. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Depending on the law and whether WrestleLink meets the applicable thresholds, these rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out rights for targeted advertising or certain sales or sharing, rights relating to profiling, sensitive-data protections, appeal rights, and recognition of qualifying opt-out preference signals.

WrestleLink's use of advertising technologies, audience matching, partner audience products, and similar processing will be classified and disclosed according to applicable law rather than solely according to whether WrestleLink receives money for a customer list.

To exercise a state privacy right, use the contact method in Section 13.

21. Third-Party Services and Technology Providers

WrestleLink uses third-party providers for hosting, database and storage infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, maps, video hosting and embeds, payments and payouts, analytics, social integrations, error monitoring, security, and other operational services.

Providers we use or expect to use include Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for hosting and edge services, Resend for transactional email, GoHighLevel for marketing communications and customer-relationship management, Cloudflare Stream for hosted video, Sentry for error monitoring, Google services for functions such as venue geocoding and embedded video, Vimeo where video is embedded, Meta for connected Facebook and Instagram accounts, and Stripe and Stripe Connect for payments and payouts.

The exact list of providers changes as the Services develop, and this Policy will be updated to reflect material changes.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, technology, legal obligations, or information practices change. The published Policy identifies its version and the date it took effect.

We may notify you of material changes through the Services, by email, through an account notification, or by another reasonable method. Where applicable law requires consent for a materially new use of personal information, updating this Policy alone will not substitute for that consent.
