Counter-notification

If material you supplied was removed or disabled and you believe that happened as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under §6 of the Copyright Policy.

Everything you write here goes to the person who complained

A counter-notification, including your name, mailing address and telephone number, is provided to the person who submitted the original notice. That is a requirement of the process under §6, not a choice we make. Do not file one unless you are willing for those details to be given to them.

You are also consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court and agreeing to accept service of process. This is a legal step, and it is reasonable to take advice before taking it.
